Version and language
Version 1, 30 Oct 2026.

Who this is from, and for whom
This notice is from Truckandbus Technologies Private Limited (CIN U63120KA2026PTC227607), which runs Truckaurbus and Nazar ("we"). It is for you, the person who drives a vehicle with Nazar Driver or Nazar Driver Lite on your phone. Your fleet owner uses Truckaurbus Fleet to see their vehicles, and your phone is how they see the vehicle you drive.
- 03
What your phone shares
While sharing is on, the app sends:
- the vehicle's position, with its speed, heading and accuracy, at the pace your fleet's plan sets (the app shows it), and less often while the vehicle stands;
- the phone's battery level and whether it is charging;
- on Android, the phone's motion while the vehicle moves (bumps, braking, turning), with a few seconds of raw readings around a hard brake or a sharp turn;
- the help button with your position, when you press it;
- your pauses, the phone's model and the app's version.
Nazar Driver Lite also notes the Bluetooth signals it hears nearby, to tell which vehicle it is in. The app never reads your calls, messages, contacts or photos, and never uses the microphone.
- 04
When
- From the moment you open the key with the owner's code, until you pause, forget the key, or the owner takes it back.
- On Android a notification stays on while it shares. On an iPhone, a blue sign shows at the top.
- 05
Who sees it
- The fleet you work with: the owner and the people the owner gives access, such as a manager. They see the vehicle's position and trips, your help requests and your pauses.
- A mechanic who is read your proof code can see that vehicle's position while the owner allows it.
- Truckaurbus staff, only to run the service and to answer you.
- Nobody else: not other fleets, and not an insurer or a lender, unless the owner hands them a record. If your fleet ever wants to share a summary of your driving with an insurer, you will be asked in the app first, and you can say no.
- We never sell your position.
- 06
What we keep
- Positions are kept in full for 180 days, then only the trips, distances and day records. The owner sees the last 7 or 90 days, depending on the fleet's plan.
- We keep a copy in our own archive, and we use these records, including the motion readings, to make Nazar better, for example by building models.
- Our Privacy notice (truckaurbus.com/privacy) lists everything we hold and why.
- 07
How to pause
Tap "Pause" on the home screen: for 1 hour, until 06:00, or until you resume. While you pause, nothing is recorded, and the owner sees "Paused by the driver". It works without signal.
- 08
How to stop
- For good: "Forget this key" in Settings, or remove the app. Sharing stops at once.
- You can also ask the owner to take your key back.
- To have what we keep about you corrected or erased, write to [email protected].
- 09
Your consent
- Your fleet owner must tell you about Nazar Driver and ask for your consent before you use it. You can say no.
- When you open the key and tap "Continue" on the location notice, you agree to share as this notice says. You can take it back at any time by pausing, forgetting the key or removing the app.
- 10
Not for emergencies
Positions come from your phone and can be late, wrong or missing. Nazar Driver is never for emergencies. The help button tells your fleet; it does not call anyone else. In an emergency, call 112.
