   This English text is the binding one. The Hindi and Tamil texts are translations for convenience.

   Who this offer is between

   This offer is made by Truckandbus Technologies Private Limited (CIN U63120KA2026PTC227607), which runs Truckaurbus, Truckaurbus Fleet and Nazar ("we", "us"), to the fleet that takes it up ("you"). It adds to the Truckaurbus Fleet and Nazar terms, which apply to every fleet. Where the two differ about this offer, this text decides.

   What you get

   • Pro, free, for a year, for up to 25 vehicles of your fleet.
   • Pro is the paid plan of Truckaurbus Fleet. The Plans room on your fleet desk lists what it holds.
   • Your year starts on your joining day: the day we confirm your place, by a message and on your fleet desk. For a fleet already in the Nazar pilot, the joining day is the day its pilot began.
   • Your free Pro runs until the day before the first anniversary of your joining day. Your fleet desk shows the date.
4. 04

   Who can take it

   • The first 50 fleets whose place we confirm. When the 50 places are taken, the offer closes. Where the offer is shown, we show how many places are left.
   • One place per fleet. A business that runs its vehicles under several accounts takes one place.
   • Fleets in the Nazar pilot are founding fleets and count among the 50.
   • We may refuse a place, or take it back, where the vehicles are not real or not in use, or where a fleet breaks the Truckaurbus Fleet and Nazar terms.
5. 05

   Up to 25 vehicles

   • Pro covers the first 25 active vehicles of your fleet, in the order they were added.
   • Vehicles above 25 stay on the free plan. Once payments open, you may put them on Pro at Pro's price shown in the Plans room, plus GST.
6. 06

   What the offer is not

   • It is Pro and nothing else. It has no cash value: it is never paid out, refunded, or exchanged for money or for anything else.
   • Where the offer shows on your balance as credit, that credit is for Pro only and ends when your free Pro ends.
   • It cannot be sold, moved or given to another fleet, person or organisation.
7. 07

   When your year ends

   • Pro stops on its end date. Nothing renews by itself, and nothing is charged unless you choose to pay for Pro from your balance.
   • We remind you a month before the end.
   • Your fleet carries on, on the free plan: tracking, alerts, Khali daala and the other free features stay free. What only Pro holds stops, such as the faster updates, the 90 days of trips and the reports.
8. 08

   We may change or end this offer

   We may change or end this offer at any time. If we end it early, we will tell you at least 30 days before your free Pro stops. The same notice applies to any change that shortens your free Pro or covers fewer of your vehicles. We tell you by a message and on your fleet desk.

9. 09

   Everything else

   The Truckaurbus Fleet and Nazar terms apply to everything this text does not cover, including what we keep, our liability and how disputes are settled. This offer follows the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka decide disputes about it. Write to [email protected] about this offer.
